We Think (therefore we are)

You were what you owned, now you are what what you share. We-Think is a term coined by Charles Leadbeater to describe the 21st century social phenomena of mass creativity, innovation and participation. Its also the title of his latest book, (written participatively with input from the public online, as described here in an earlier blog of mine). Anyone in the cultural sector interested in thinking about participation with audiences as they take central stage, and organisational innovation and porosity should imbibe this content!
