To CRM or not to CRM – a database rich media report
In 2013 Puppet Animation Scotland were the happy receivers of Organisational Development Funding from AmbITion to source and implement a CRM/Database system to support the administration of our two annual festivals and other activities. It was a longer process than anticipated but very rewarding and as an organisation we await excitedly for the final implementation stage of our database system provided by SugarCRM. The system will bring about a considerable change in the way we work, supporting the organisation’s long term sustainability and ambitions, which would not have been possible without the AmbITion funding.
