Back in early 2014 The National Youth Orchestras of Scotland (NYOS) wanted to develop their organisation digitally. Their goals at the outset were not set in stone but they knew roughly what they wanted to achieve, working with Hannah Rudman to get there.
Our initial ideas were to design, develop and implement a new robust, future-proof database, add a login-membership area to the current NYOS website with far more online functionality and also provide a mobile version of the site to suit the communication needs our key service users.
However, as is often the case the desired outcomes started to shift and evolve once they began the consultation and development process.
